Facilities Maintenance 

$21.00 to $25.00 per hour 

Monday- Friday 7am-4pm

Lee Auto Mall in Auburn is hiring for facilities maintenance. In this role, you will perform a wide range of tasks related to preventive maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of the facilities. 

Key Responsibilities

·         Complete daily trash, cardboard, metal, and tire disposal.

·         Perform general building maintenance and repairs.  

·         Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations.

·         Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as necessary.

·         Replace light bulbs and perform minor repairs throughout the dealership as needed.

·         Complete grounds maintenance, including lawn mowing, weed whacking, and general landscaping.

·         Perform snow removal, sanding, and salting before and during customer traffic as needed.

·         Maintain bathrooms and break rooms to ensure they are clean, safe, and properly functioning.

·         Maintain an organized inventory of maintenance tools, equipment, and supplies.

·         Assist with setup and teardown for dealership events, displays, and facility changes.

 Qualifications

·         Previous experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or a related field preferred.

·         General knowledge and hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and general repairs.

·         Ability to safely use common maintenance tools and equipment.

·         Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work with a sense of urgency.

·         Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

·         Flexible and willing to assist with a variety of responsibilities and departments.

·         Ability to work safely in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding maintenance tasks.

This position requires a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
