Facilities Maintenance
$17.00 to $20.00 per hour
Lee Auto Mall in Auburn is hiring for facilities maintenance. In this role, you will perform a wide range of tasks related to preventive maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of the facilities.
Facilities Maintenance responsibilities:
· Perform general building maintenance
· Empty large trash bins each morning
· Assists in moving displays or equipment within the dealership
· Perform outdoor safety measures; salting and sanding parking lots and walkways
Facilities Maintenance qualifications:
· Flexible with job responsibilities and willing to help in multiple departments as needed
· Able to work in a manner as to minimize interruption of customers or employees
· General knowledge and skills related to general repairs/maintenance
· Self-motivated and works with a sense of urgency
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
This position requires a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
