We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales BDC Agent to join our team. This role is all about engaging customers, handling online and phone inquiries, and setting quality appointments for our sales department. If you enjoy fast-paced work, clear processes, and helping people, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with a strong dealership.
What You’ll Do:

Respond promptly to internet, phone, and chat leads

Maintain high-quality conversations that build trust and drive appointments

Schedule sales appointments and ensure smooth handoff to the sales team

Follow up with prospects to maximize show rates and conversions

Use CRM tools to manage workflow, track communication, and monitor performance

Maintain strong product knowledge of our lineup and dealership offerings

Collaborate closely with sales management to support departmental goals
What We’re Looking For:

Ability to stay organized, follow processes, and manage lead volume

Prior BDC or dealership experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate
