Job Description:
- Own general ledger accounting and analysis, ensuring precision and compliance with GAAP.
- Prepare and post journal entries with accuracy and supporting documentation.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies proactively.
- Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Maintain and verify balance sheet and income statement integrity.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects and analysis as assigned.
- Assist with strategic financial planning and provide insights to leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Advanced Excel User
- 5 years of experience within a service-based industry
