Senior Accountant

We are a well known business services firm that is in search of a strong Senior Staff Accountant to add to our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, accounts receivable and accounts payable. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications:

• 5 years accounting experience in related field
• BS or equivalent in Accounting
• Strong experience with Corporate-level ERP systems
• Financial reporting and financial statement preparation
• Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, including the preparation of Financial Statements in accordance with GAAP
• Recording and tracking Vendor invoices
• Assisting with annual external audits
