Ledgent Finance & Accounting is currently recruiting for a Senior Accountant for a client in the Galveston area. We are looking for candidates that reside close to the area as the position will be working 4 days in office and 1 remote. This role will be responsible for budgetary controls, cost analysis, and general ledger.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4 years full cycle accounting experience
- SAP experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual financial reporting
- Supports AP
- Prepare monthly cost and consumables reporting
- Fixed Assets
- Balance Sheet reconciliations
- AR and intercompany billings
- Audit assistance
- Inventory
