Property Accountant:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting for industrial and/or office properties
- Serve as primary liaison with regional Property Management teams
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and perform financial analysis
- Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting, including accruals, lead schedules, and variance analysis
- Support joint venture reporting requirements
- Assist with quarterly reforecasts and annual CAM reconciliations
- Contribute to audit preparation, including schedules and supporting documentation
- Maintain tenant ledgers and review bank reconciliations
- Process accounts payable
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
