We're seeking a Senior Accountant who thrives in a hands-on role and brings strong expertise in general ledger accounting, month-end close, fixed asset accounting, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
- Lead key aspects of the monthly and year-end close process
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Manage general ledger activity and ensure the accuracy of financial records
- Oversee fixed asset accounting, including depreciation, additions, and disposals
- Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and provide actionable insights
- Support financial reporting, audits, and compliance efforts
- Leverage ERP systems to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to support business objectives
- Identify process improvements and strengthen internal controls
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong general ledger accounting background
- Experience with month-end close and account reconciliations
- Fixed asset accounting experience
- Experience working within ERP systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial analysis and reporting
- Solid understanding of GAAP
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
