Accounts Receivable Specialist (Billing & Invoicing)
Ledgent Finance & Accounting is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for one of our valued clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong invoicing and billing experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and customer service.
$23-$25/hr
Responsibilities
- Create and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Review billing information to ensure invoice accuracy.
- Apply customer payments and maintain accounts receivable records.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and past-due accounts.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments.
- Reconcile account discrepancies and resolve billing issues.
- Assist with month-end accounts receivable activities and reporting.
Qualifications
- 2 years of Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Invoicing experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics.
- Background in high-volume invoicing environments.
