We're partnering with a growing small business in Hunt Valley to identify a Full Charge Bookkeeper who will manage the full accounting cycle in a hands‑on, highly visible role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a lean environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and prefers ownership over siloed responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end payroll processing
• Manage accounts payable and cash disbursements
• Own the general ledger and perform account reconciliations
• Oversee day‑to‑day bookkeeping and full accounting cycle
• Support overall financial operations in a fast‑paced, operationally focused business
  
  

Ideal Background

• Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
• Strong small‑business accounting background
• Comfortable working independently with minimal structure
• Detail‑oriented, self‑directed, and adaptable
• Experience supporting operations‑heavy or product/service hybrid environments is a plus

Compensation

• $75,000 - $90,000 salary range
• Stable, long‑term opportunity with direct leadership access
