Accounts Payable

Our client is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to work onsite. This is an excellent opportunity for finance professionals who enjoy project-based assignments or are between permanent positions. • Accurately process and validate vendor invoices
• Manage payments through checks, ACH, and wire transfers
• Reconcile AP transactions and resolve any discrepancies
• Maintain organized financial records and assist with reporting
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows
  
  

• Hands-on experience in accounts payable or similar finance roles
• Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
