Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accounting Clerk to support daily accounting and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills who is comfortable handling routine accounting tasks and working in a fast‑paced environment.

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Enter and maintain accurate financial data
• Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests
• Perform bank and account reconciliations as assigned
• Prepare and file accounting documents and records
• Support month‑end close activities
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding transactions
• Maintain organized and compliant financial files
• Assist with special projects as needed
  
  

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• 1-2 years of accounting or clerical experience preferred
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, or similar) a plus
• Data entry experience
