Job Summary
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage and analyze financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and validate financial transactions and records for accuracy and proper documentation.
Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and GAAP.
Analyze and verify financial reports before distribution.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues as needed.
Contribute to the design and improvement of accounting systems, reports, and procedures.
Prepare and post monthly journal entries.
Complete monthly account reconciliations.
Assist in preparing financial statements and related reports.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the finance team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience.
Experience with general ledger reconciliation and journal entry posting is required.
Month end closing experience including financial statement preparation and analysis required.
Familiarity with ERP software is required.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
