R: 2 years supervisory exp.R: 5 years Finance & Accounting exp.R: Ensure compliance with GAAP and relevant federal, state, and local financial laws and regulations.R: Leading and mentoring Accounting Team, overseeing day-to-day operations, and collaborating with high-level executives. R: Capability of Identifying and mitigating financial risks to protect the organization's stability. R: Ability to accurately analyze complex financial data and trends.R: Bachelor's degree (CPA, MBA preferred) Construction Industry exp. highly preferred.
