What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscaping: Property Maintenance Team Member position at Ledgehill Landscaping?
Overview Ledgehill Landscaping is a landscape company based out of the Augusta area. We are looking to add two full-time employee's to help take on some of the day-to-day responsibilities on our job sites such as mowing, spring/fall cleanups, plowing, and much more. As a full-service landscape company, we also do earthwork, hardscaping, and tree work. We are looking to hire someone who has previous experience in the landscaping industry and wants to grow with the company.
Job Description: The main purpose of this position is to work as part of a crew to service the company's mowing contracts, while also helping with project-based work such as spring/fall cleanups, and winter maintenance/plowing, among many other services we provide to our clients. Must be comfortable operating a truck/trailer, zero-turn mowers, and trucks with attached plows. Starting pay is dependent on experience ($20-$26/hr) with benefits such as paid time off, health insurance, and a retirement plan.

- Showing up to the shop prepared for what needs to be done for the day.
- Route Optimization: Knowing your routes for the day and sticking to them, no skipping around and keeping them to a standard time frame
- Bringing up/fixing/notating errors/issues in a timely manner, do not just skip over

- Keeping tools in one location and putting them back once they are done with.

Requirements:
- Must hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to and from work
- Be at least 18 years of age and out of school
- Previous landscaping experience (Mowing/seasonal cleanups)
- Ability to operate equipment in a safe and professional manner (Zero-turn mowers, company trucks, small power equipment, plow trucks)
- Experience with backing trailers
- Good attitude with an eagerness to learn/grow
- Good communication skills with supervisors/clients

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
