Responsibilities of the Production Generalist (Level 1)
- Operate production and packaging equipment
- Inspect and handle ingredients and finished goods to ensure compliance with food safety and quality specifications
- Keep work area clean and sanitized
- Enter production records and documentation in software
- Work as part of a team to meet goals and improve processes
- Perform related duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Attention to detail
- Dependable team player with good communication skills
- Manual dexterity and comfortable with repetitive motions
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
