What are the responsibilities and job description for the Capsule Machine Operator position at Lecheek Nutrition, Inc.?
Work with the Quality and Manager to ensure that designated capsule rooms are clean and ready for the next production process, in accordance with current best practices and SOPs. Ensure that they are properly groomed and gowned, wearing the necessary over garments/protection, as required by current best practices and SOPs. Ensure that the materials staged for capsule manufacturing match the production paperwork by verifying the part numbers and description. Ensure that materials are properly added to the blender and mixed, whenever necessary. Ensure that mixed materials are properly encapsulated in accordance with current best practices and SOPs. Ensure that capsules are properly polished, packaged, marked and stored, or delivered to the next team in the manufacturing process. Ensure that completed steps are properly documented and verified, in accordance with current best practices and SOPs.
