What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Line QC position at Lecheek Nutrition, Inc.?
Position Overview:
The Production Line QC is responsible for making sure that all finished product meets IF's finished goods acceptable criteria, line checks, verifying all line compliance forms, doing final counts, pulling retention bottles from each run, and verifying accuracy of the quarantine sheet as well as rotating to help inside the production room as needed. The line QA is also responsible for correct documentation throughout the process. All activities will be conducted in accordance with the current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
· Check production lines after a clean, to make sure all areas have been cleaned thoroughly.
· Sign/stamp room logs when completed to allow the line to move to the next run.
· Check all new runs against the compliance sheet to make sure that all information and packaging materials are correct. If all is correct, sign off on it to release the run for production.
· During the run inspect all bottles before boxing them, to make sure the labels, lots, bands, and overall cleanliness are acceptable to be boxed and shipped to the customer.
· Package all finished and accepted bottles into approved boxes with shipping labels, and paper them to reduce movement of product in the boxes, when needed.
· Tape the finished boxes closed and stack them on the approved pallet type for the run.
· Once the run is completed, watch the line manager count the overall production count, and then verify the number.
· Make sure all the information on the quarantine sheet is accurate and completed.
· Stamp the quarantine sheet to verify accurate completion.
· Rotate to work inside powder fill production room as needed.
· Perform any other task as needed by Management or Lead.

Pay: From $15.50 per hour
