This role is ideal for an attorney who is confident in both litigation and negotiation, and who can independently manage a family law caseload from intake through final resolution.
The ideal candidate should have experience handling matters such as dissolution of marriage, child custody and timesharing, child support, alimony, and post-judgment modifications. Courtroom confidence, strong legal writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment are essential. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, as this position involves direct communication with a diverse client base.
