What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant for Registration and SIS position at Lebanon School District?
Position: Administrative Assistant for Registration and Student Information Systems (245 calendar day - 7.5hrs day)
Job Goal: The Administrative Assistant for Registration and SIS oversee district-wide student enrollment, registration, records management, and SIS data entry. This role serves as the main contact for families during enrollment, ensures the accuracy and confidentiality of student records, and works closely with staff, administrators, families, and technology personnel to support efficient processes, compliance, and excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of administrative, clerical, records management, student information systems, or related experience preferred.
- Experience working in a school district or educational setting preferred.
- Experience with PowerSchool or comparable student information systems preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and database management systems.
