As of May 8th, a terrific law firm is seeking a Practice Assistant to support distinguished attorneys in high-level administrative tasks. The Practice Assistant will be responsible for:
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements in a fast-paced environment.
- Formatting and proofing a variety of legal documents and legal correspondence.
- Communicating with clients and route calls to the appropriate party.
- Serving as a gatekeeper to the Partners to effectively meet firm needs.
- Tracking attorneys’ billable hours, organizing and processing invoices and check requests.
Required Skills:
- 2 of experience working in an administrative capacity with high-level professionals.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work well in a high-pressure setting.
- Proficiency in multitasking effectively, and exceptional communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Must be a team player who can quickly adjust to changing demands and apply a detail-oriented approach.
