What are the responsibilities and job description for the CLE Specialist position at Lease & LaBau, Inc.?
As of May 29th, a highly successful law firm seeks a CLE Specialist to support the professional development of the firm’s attorneys. The CLE Specialist will be responsible for:
- Tracking the attorneys’ credits and advising on compliance matters and extensions.
- Supervising the planning and execution of in-house CLE programs.
- Assisting the attorneys with registering for external seminars and communicating regularly with vendors.
- Reviewing written materials for accuracy and compliance.
- Generating reports for management and analyzing trends.
- Conducting research on changes in regulations and new training opportunities.
- Collaborating with professionals across Talent Development, Recruitment, and HR.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of hands-on CLE experience.
- Team player who can work well independently and interact in a professional manner with all levels of personnel.
- Strong organizational skills, an excellent attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage ongoing projects.
