Position Overview:
We are seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented Financial Assistant to join a growing, independent financial services practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in being both efficient and thorough.
We are a team-based office that operates more like a family than a traditional workplace. We support one another, communicate openly, and work together to provide a high level of service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist advisors with daily operations and client service needs
- Prepare and process account paperwork, transfers, and transactions
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Coordinate and follow up on client requests in a timely manner
- Support the team with administrative and operational tasks
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth office operations
Qualifications:
- Series 6, 7, or 66 license required (Series 66 will be required if not currently held)
- Strong computer skills and comfort learning new systems
- Experience with LPL ClientWorks is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented with a willingness to take on multiple roles

Compensation:
- Starting salary range: $60,000 – $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications
