What You'll Do
- Provide medical leadership and clinical oversight for the hospital team.
- Support and mentor veterinarians, technicians, and support staff.
- Promote best practices in patient care, medical protocols, and client communication.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve operational efficiency and clinical outcomes.
- Utilize modern veterinary technologies and tools to enhance patient care.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all medical and regulatory standards.
- Base Salary: $130,000 – $200,000 annually (based on experience)

- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
- Active veterinary license or ability to obtain licensure in Nevada
- Previous leadership experience as a Medical Director, Lead Veterinarian, or comparable supervisory role
- Strong clinical decision-making skills
