What You’ll Do
- Analyze product and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities
- Build dashboards and reports that translate data into clear insights
- Support teams across the company with actionable, easy-to-understand recommendations
- Take ownership of analytics projects from start to finish
- Help shape how data is used in a small, fast-moving team
- 2 years in a data-driven role within SaaS, e-commerce, or a product-led tech environment
- Experience evaluating KPIs such as retention, churn, and customer acquisition
- Strong communication skills—comfortable presenting to non-technical partners
- Background in a quantitative field (Economics, Math, etc.) is a plus
- Power BI expertise and solid SQL skills preferred
- Curious, self-directed, and confident working with a high level of ownership
- Legal tech or law-firm exposure is a bonus, not a requirement
