IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of one or more technology projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, team leadership, resource planning, and stakeholder communication skills, with experience managing projects in a structured IT environment.

This position requires a proactive professional who can manage competing priorities, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain project schedules and budgets, and ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within scope. Experience managing cybersecurity-related projects is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple IT projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and completion.
• Assemble and coordinate cross-functional project teams, assigning responsibilities and establishing clear deliverables.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify project resource requirements and secure the personnel and support needed for successful delivery.
• Monitor project progress, team workloads, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely completion.
• Serve as the primary liaison between project teams, business stakeholders, and functional departments.
• Facilitate project meetings, communicate status updates, and provide regular progress reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues affecting project delivery.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, status reports, and tracking records.
• Support Agile project delivery practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing IT projects, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple project activities.
• Experience using project management tools such as CA Clarity Portfolio Management, Microsoft Project, or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Visio.
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to develop and maintain project plans, track milestones, and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Experience managing cybersecurity, information security, or IT risk management projects.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity initiatives, security infrastructure improvements, or technology risk mitigation.
• Experience working in complex IT environments with multiple stakeholders and project dependencies.
