- Create and refine AI-driven workflows that support our internal teams and help customers achieve better outcomes.
- Help shape and maintain our services delivery approach—how we staff projects, how work moves through the pipeline, and how we ensure consistency.
- Identify areas where automation can remove friction or speed up work, then design improvements that actually stick.
- Work closely with our Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to build templates, playbooks, and practical use-case frameworks.
- Keep an eye on how well our workflows perform, measure what works and what doesn’t, and suggest clear next steps to improve them.
- Partner directly with customers as a technical advisor who can translate business needs into workable AI solutions.
- 2–6 years of experience in data science, software engineering, solutions engineering/architecture, or a related technical role.
- Someone who has experience streamlining systems, automating workflows, or improving operational processes.
- Comfortable working with modern AI tools, LLMs, and basic prompt-building techniques.
- Solid understanding of coding fundamentals (Python, JavaScript, or comparable languages).
- Strong communicator who can move easily between technical and non-technical discussions.
- A self-starter with a builder mentality—comfortable working quickly, experimenting, and iterating in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: experience using workflow tools like Linear, Airtable, Asana, or similar syste
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
