What You’ll Be Working On
- Designing AI-driven workflows for both internal use and customer implementations.
- Helping shape and operationalize the company’s service delivery model, playbooks, and resourcing approach.
- Streamlining internal operations by automating repetitive tasks and enhancing customer workflow efficiency.
- Partnering closely with Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to build templates, frameworks, and repeatable use cases.
- Reviewing performance data to measure impact and continually refine workflows.
- Acting as a technical advisor in customer conversations, helping translate needs into actionable AI solutions.
- 2–6 years of experience in roles such as data science, software engineering, solutions architecture/engineering, or related technical positions. (This is not a senior role.)
- Hands-on experience improving or automating workflows and operational systems.
- Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and current AI applications.
- Working knowledge of coding basics—Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- A startup mindset: fast learner, curious, comfortable building from scratch.
- Experience with workflow tools such as Linear, Airtable, Asana, or similar platforms is a plus.
