Day to Day:

· Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to create comprehensive student programming.

· Engage with caregivers to support the whole child.

· Serve as a leader in developing behavior support systems utilizing compassionate responses to student behaviors.

· Collaboratively support and supervise RBTs.

· Conduct functional and skills-based assessments, then train and coach staff to confidently implement individualized support strategies.

· Monitor and evaluate student progress through ongoing data collection, analysis and review meetings

Qualifications:

· BCBA certification and Connecticut Behavior Analyst license must be in good standing (or license-eligible).

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Proven experience working with children or adolescents in school or educational settings.

· Skilled in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP).

· Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers.

· Excellent data analysis skills.

· Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills.
