The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting Project Managers and ensuring smooth, efficient execution of ongoing projects. This position is responsible for helping manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and documentation, while maintaining strong communication with internal teams, subcontractors, and customers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Project Coordination & Support
- Assist Project Managers with the planning, organization, and coordination of active projects.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and key dependencies.
Scheduling & Budget Tracking
- Monitor project timelines, work hours, and budget allocations.
- Ensure deadlines are met and proactively identify potential risks or delays.
Stakeholder Communication
- Work closely with Project Managers, team members, subcontractors, and customers to maintain clear, consistent communication.
- Provide excellent customer interaction during onsite visits and project updates.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and distribute weekly project updates and progress reports.
- Review drawings, test results, and other documentation for accuracy.
- Assist with the creation and upload of “as-built” drawings based on field measurements.
Logistics & Progress Monitoring
- Coordinate workloads and support scheduling of deliveries, installations, and subcontractor activities.
- Track customer delivery status and job installation progress.
Problem-Solving & Multitasking
- Independently resolve routine issues and remove obstacles that impact project flow.
- Effectively manage multiple projects at varying stages of completion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with internal teams, customers, and subcontractors.
- Effective time management to ensure timely completion of all project responsibilities.
- High attention to detail for reviewing documents, drawings, and test results.
- Ability to thrive in a customer-facing environment with significant onsite presence.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Onsite Requirement: Minimum 4 days per week with frequent customer interaction
