Responsibilities:
- Perform general construction or warehouse duties, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople and other team members with tasks as directed.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Load and unload trucks, equipment, and supplies.
- Follow all company safety rules, procedures, and regulations.
- Report hazards, incidents, or equipment issues to a supervisor immediately.
- Support additional tasks as needed to meet project or production deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Previous labor or construction experience is a plus, but not required.
- Basic understanding of hand and power tool use.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
- Awareness of safety procedures and willingness to comply with PPE requirements.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to talk or hear, stand, walk, bend, stoop, stretch, twist, use hands, work in tight or restricted areas, and/or reach out for prolonged periods of time.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to climb stairs and ladders.
- Ability to enter, exit, and work in confined spaces.
- Exposure to dust, fumes, mold, and other airborne particles.
- Working in extreme temperatures (hot attics, cold basements, outdoor sites).
- Hearing sensitivity: Being able to tell the difference between sounds that vary in pitch and loudness.
- Must be aware of OSHA safety standards.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $18 to $25 Per Hour, based on relevant factors such as experience, skills, education, internal equity, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process by the hiring authority.
