Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of drinks and specials.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry, billing, and cash handling with precision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment at all times.
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages efficiently during shifts to meet customer demand.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours, including nightclubs, banquets, or fine dining events.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or banquet setting; fine dining experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash transactions, sales tracking, and retail math calculations.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
• Previous experience in catering or retail math is advantageous; brewing or food industry knowledge is a bonus.
