Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage multi-line phone systems, direct calls, and handle inquiries efficiently
- Schedule appointments and manage calendar appointments using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records
- Handle correspondence via email, phone, and written communication with attention to proofreading and accuracy
- Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory and document organization
- Provide customer support by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a welcoming environment
- Utilize strong phone etiquette to communicate effectively with clients and staff
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office or administrative role;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Strong typing skills and computer literacy for data entry and document proofreading
