What does a day as a Sales Support Specialist look like?
A Sales Support Specialist's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manages the operational aspects of sales related tasks
- Monitors account activity, ensures compliance, and maintains accurate records
- Manages risk and Identity verification
- Provides prompt, accurate, courteous, and professional service at all times.
- Must be able to manage time effectively and process applications efficiently in order to meet goals.
- Accurately maintains member account information.
What is the schedule? Our hours for this position are 8:00 am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. We are also open on Saturdays from 9:00am to 1:00pm. Saturdays are covered on a rotating basis. Sometimes giving top-notch member service may require a little overtime, but we value work-life-balance and do our best to limit this. *This is not a remote position.
Does your skillset and experience line up? For this role, we are looking for someone who:
- Has 1-3 years of similar or related experience
- Has a two-year college degree or applicable specialized training
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
- Must maintain a professional, courteous, and friendly atmosphere for members and co-workers
- Must have very strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- This position has significant work over the phone. Listening skills, documenting skills and organizational skills are a requirement.
