What does a day as an Indirect Dealer Representative look like?

As a member of the Indirect Lending team, you may perform a variety of responsibilities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Acting as a point of contact for dealer partners; proactively following up on contract packages
• Visiting dealer partners regularly to maintain strong relationships, provide updates and gather feedback.
• Reviewing indirect contract packages for completeness and requesting any missing documentation
• Completing the funding process after final approval
• Providing seamless communication between our dealer partners and internal management

What is the schedule?  Our hours for this position are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.  Sometimes giving top-notch member service may require a little overtime, but we value work-life-balance and do our best to limit this.

Does your skillset and experience line up?  For this role, we are looking for someone who has:

• A bachelor's degree
• One to three years of similar or related experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• A high attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Willingness to travel locally to dealer partner locations (must have a valid driver's license)
