The Role
As a Partner, you will play a key leadership role in shaping the future of the Cyber practice, driving growth, and delivering complex, high-impact engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to a large Cyber practice, overseeing the delivery of complex cyber security and risk engagements for top-tier clients
- Own and grow a significant revenue portfolio, driving new business development and expanding existing client relationships
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and Board-level stakeholders on cyber strategy, risk, and transformation
- Lead, mentor, and develop senior leaders and delivery teams, fostering a high-performance culture
- Contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the firm’s US Cyber offering, including go-to-market initiatives and capability build-out
Requirements
- Proven experience at Partner level within a leading consultancy or professional services firm
- Deep expertise across one or more Cyber domains (e.g. Cyber Strategy, Incident Response, Cloud Security, IAM, OT/ICS, or Regulatory & Risk)
- Demonstrated track record of building and scaling large revenue streams and winning complex client engagements
- Strong executive presence with experience advising senior stakeholders
- Ability to lead and inspire large, multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
