Leadenhall Search & Selection are hiring on behalf of a fast-growing TMT strategy consultancy looking to hire an Associate to join their team!
This individual will be actively involved in the day-to-day delivery of client projects, taking ownership of key components of analysis and problem-solving while maintaining direct client interaction.
Core responsibilities include:
- Supporting structured problem-solving by breaking down complex issues, identifying root causes, and developing analytical approaches
- Communicating insights and recommendations to client stakeholders and supporting implementation efforts
- Leading high-quality research and analysis across both qualitative and quantitative methods
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Collaborating with team members to develop clear, actionable insights and recommendations
- Mentoring and supporting the development of junior colleagues
- Building sector expertise and contributing to internal knowledge and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience in business or consulting, or a postgraduate degree with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with growth strategy (commercial due diligence, go-to-market, market research etc.) ideally within media and/or technology sectors
- High GPA
- Genuine interest in the media and technology industries, with a willingness to learn
