- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records.
- Assist with filing, proofreading documents, and managing office correspondence.
- Support calendar management for scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective office management and workflow.
- Maintain computer literacy by utilizing Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications for various tasks.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in front desk operations and multi-line phone systems is advantageous.
