A. Answer the phones.
B. Meet and greet customers and visitors.
C. Set up, sign for, and distribute packages from carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
D. Get mail, sort, and distribute it to appropriate office staff.
E. Print envelopes and mail check payments and other correspondence such as birthday and anniversary cards.
F. Scan and update Digital Library with paid invoices, check stubs, notice to owners, correspondence, and any
other miscellaneous documents.
G. Maintain files, work area, and organization.
H. Purchase office supplies, groceries, flowers, gifts, equipment, and other miscellaneous items.
I. Pick up, sort and put away groceries.
J. Deliver packages to UPS or Post and Pack for delivery.
K. Manage office maintenance activities and vendors for the pool, lawn, pest control, gate, etc.
L. Process electronic bank deposits.
M. Assist with new hire onboarding including the setup of computers, monitors, cell phones, training manuals, and
tool bins.
N. Place orders for company branded apparel.
O. Monitor and collect subcontractor documentation (e.g., licenses, certificates, safety records) to ensure all
vendors meet company and legal requirements.
P. Maintain and update compliance tracking systems to verify that subcontractors remain in complaint throughout
project timelines and notify management of any expired or missing documents.

strategies.
B. Manage the SharePoint infrastructure, creation of new sites, lists, and libraries to support any organizational needs.
