Position: Office Assistant / Dispatch & Scheduling
Location: Tampa, Florida
Employment: Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily scheduling for measurements, installations, service calls, and project timelines
- Dispatch installers and crews with accurate job details and documentation
- Update and maintain CRM tasks in Monday.com
- Upload job photos, notes, and progress updates using CompanyCam
- Communicate with clients regarding appointments, updates, and confirmations
- Coordinate with the sales team, project managers, installers, and vendors
- Assist with permits, paperwork, and general office operations
- Maintain organized digital records of projects, files, and job statuses
Requirements
- Experience in windows & doors industry OR construction experience required
- Strong skills in dispatching, scheduling, multitasking, and communication
- Proficiency in Monday.com (or other CRM systems)
- Familiarity with CompanyCam is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented personality
- English required; bilingual (Spanish) is a bonus but not required
