Lead Dog Recruiting is assisting a leader in repair shop technology with a search for a Regional Sales Manager, based in the Greater Minneapolis area and covering: ID / UT / MT / WY / ND / SD / NE / MN / IA. This is a remote/work from home role, but you will be expected to travel. In this role you'll be selling products and services to automotive dealerships and independent repair shops within your territory. If you have:
- 3 or more years of software or hardware sales experience TO AUTO DEALERS OR REPAIR SHOPS - you are the perfect candidate. If you have:
- 3 or more years of software/hardware sales experince and at least 1 year of field sales, you are competitive!
- This is a heavy travel role where you need to be OK spending 3 nights/week away from home and in your territory.
- They highly prefer someone who lives within an hour or so of the Minneapolis airport.
The role offers a solid base salary and on target compensation of $180K/year. This is not what the TOP performers are making. That's what solid performers who are meeting KPIs/metrics are making.
Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
