The Manager of GMP Warehousing is responsible for leading and overseeing daily operations within Tobin Scientific’s GMP-compliant warehouse facilities. This position ensures all warehousing activities are performed in accordance with internal SOPs, client requirements, and applicable regulatory standards. The Manager will oversee inventory accuracy, material movement, and documentation processes while fostering collaboration between GMP and non-GMP operations to support overall business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of GMP warehouse locations, ensuring full compliance with internal procedures and all relevant quality and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee inventory management processes with a focus on accuracy, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.
• Conduct and document physical inventory counts of GMP raw materials and single-use components as requested by clients, ensuring reconciliation with the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Coordinate and track the movement of materials between Tobin Scientific facilities, maintaining traceability and compliance throughout.
• Support GMP activities: material receiving, labeling, inventory checks, and proper storage, ensuring materials are stocked, rotated, and segregated as required.
• Provide operational support across both GMP and non-GMP facilities within the Billerica campus. Manage GMP quality system elements such as deviations, risk assessments, CAPAs, and other quality-related documentation.
• Issue and maintain control of GMP documentation to support warehouse ops.
• Oversee the disposal or transfer of expired or obsolete materials in accordance with client instructions and regulatory expectations.
• Ensure all warehouse areas are maintained in a clean, organized, and compliant condition consistent with GMP standards.
• Verify the accuracy of all inventory transactions recorded in the WMS.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and company goals.
• Ability to work flexible hours as business needs require.
