Job Description - Client Service Associate
Our client, a wealth management practice in New Jersey, is hiring a Client Service Associate. You would work with the entire team to coordinate all client service activities, focusing on delivering the ultimate client experience. The position is critical in building long-lasting client relationships, thus ensuring the company's continued profitability through identifying organic growth and referral opportunities. The individual spends most of their time in client-facing activities (via phone) so that the advisors can focus efforts on growing the practice through marketing and sales activities.
Responsibilities
Client Related
- Assist advisor in client meetings
- Assist clients with task completion
- Responsibility for client satisfaction
- Client paperwork
- Account applications
- Transfer forms
- Change of address forms
- Move Money forms
- Rollovers
- Input portfolio sheets to Redtail
- Trading
- Required Minimum Distributions
- Monthly cash disbursements for clients are funded
- Preparation of monthly investment reports
New Business Generation
- Provide excellent client service so clients will refer their peers
Firm Role
- Responsibility for the positive work environment

- Cross Train in other areas to assist when needed
- Help database administrator by updating database for changes
- Participate in weekly firm meetings

Education and Experience Preferences
- Years in the financial services industry - 5-10
- No licenses are required
- Technology - Microsoft office, CRM System are preferred.
- Knowledge of Schwab platforms
- Undergraduate degree is preferred
Location: 4x a week in East Hanover office
Salary: 70-80k
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
