As a result of growth to a key client’s global partnership portfolio, Wasserman is looking for a motivated Manager to join the Brands Client F1 partnership team. This position is responsible for providing support to the account team members and assisting team members with research, client reports and presentations, client services, partnership management, project coordination, and creative approvals for marketing assets. The role supports the team responding to client requests and is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. Role responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day account support under the supervision of a Senior Manager and other team members. Develop and synthesize project recaps and insights, collaborating with strategy and measurement leads to produce research-driven reports, recommendations, and event summaries. Produce overviews of key deal details, strategy alignment, asset valuation, analysis and considerations to be utilized in potential negotiation conversations Collaborate with cross-functional agency team in the development of brand activation concepts; work closely with creative, activation, and production teams to deliver brand activations delivering on client objectives. Manage cross-functional workflows and stakeholder communications to successfully execute integrated brand activation campaigns that meet client priorities Highlight key opportunities, valuations & alignment to strategy for new & current partners Develop vertical reporting, including weekly trends & overarching competitive work. Manage creative asset approvals on behalf of brand sponsorship programs, including all national & local partner creative. Maintain and update a comprehensive brand guidelines database. Participate in weekly brand team calls to ensure compliance and alignment. Lead / support property planning meetings to ensure accurate creative review and timely approvals. Act as a resource on partnership assets, rules, and guidelines within team and across other brand client agency partners. Support global brand partnerships, including property (and talent if required), in connection to major annual events. Stay up to date on client product / service offering and thoughtfully present to potential partners. Maintain positive relationships with clients and partners (e.g., teams, leagues, partner agencies) to ensure account success and encourage new and repeat business opportunities. Manage specialized roles or projects, such as working directly with third-party vendors or partner agencies to execute client programs. Ability to support business development initiatives and enthusiasm for taking on new challenges while managing client work first and foremost. Skills & Experience required: Bachelor's Degree 2 – 4 years of experience – sports industry experience is required. Up-to-date knowledge of the sports and entertainment industry, with a working knowledge of what’s happening across culture today and into tomorrow. Interest in motorsports preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly with PowerPoint and Excel. The ability to multitask and self-manage to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities. Must be flexible and comfortable to assume multiple roles as needed by the team. Efficient communicator, with internal team as well as with client stakeholders. Carries out responsibilities with minimal direction. Possess an interest in the role of technology, including digital and social media platforms, in today’s consumer sports and entertainment experience. Strong attention to detail and highly organized. Ability to think creatively in a team environment. Must be flexible and react calmly under stressful circumstances. Ability to stay poised and professional when working with senior leadership and/or well-known talent. Ability to travel internationally for partner programs or activations as required. Ability to join calls with international offices that may fall outside of typical office hours. Base salary: $70k plus bonus potential if applicable for role. Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
