Job Overview Office Policy: Hybrid environment – 3 days in office Role Type: Full-time employment We’re seeking a Manager to join our Hospitality Sales Division. This role will drive new business opportunities while expanding and nurturing existing client relationships within the premium sports, music, and entertainment corporate hospitality sector. This role is accountable for delivering excellence across all accounts while shaping strategies that are future-focused and growth-oriented. Success will be defined by the ability to consistently grow the business, maintain strong client relationships, and demonstrate the drive and determination required to deliver outstanding results. What You’ll Do New Business Development: Build and convert new sales opportunities to increase revenue and deliver against departmental objectives Identify and develop new business opportunities within current accounts Develop new business opportunities outside of existing accounts Strategic Client Leadership: Act as “point-of-contact” with clients Conduct client “health checks” and provide regular feedback to strengthen partnership Accountabilities: Develop accounts to ensure strong delivery and a future-focused strategy Grow the business in line with agreed targets Build and maintain successful client relationships Consistent demonstration of personal drive and determination to deliver high-quality work What We’re Looking For 1-3 years’ proven experience in hospitality sales or a similar direct sales environment Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Effective project management, planning, and organizational skills Excellent communication and decision-making ability Demonstrated experience generating and delivering new business opportunities A self-starter with resilience and determination to meet ambitious sales targets Base salary range: $65K-$80K, plus commission potential if applicable for role. Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
