Role:
This Patient Concierge/Admin Assistant Position is for one who is an expert communicator, very detail oriented and tech savvy. Would be a friendly liaison for the overall Patient experience. Maintain updated knowledge of assets specific to the company’s needs. Multitask and prioritize as necessary to meet the patient's needs. Maintain high ethical standards of professionalism. Represents the company with integrity and dedication.
Le Chloé Med Spa is a rapidly growing Medical spa who is passionate about wellness, aesthetics, and anti-aging treatments.. Le Chloé offers a wide array of services including facials, botox/fillers, alternative wellness treatments, laser hair removal, and much more.
We are looking for a motivated team player that can shape a positive experience for patients from start to finish. The perfect candidate possesses strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills. The Patient Concierge is responsible for:
Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent Patient service for each Le Chloé guest
- Maintaining Patient s charts and digital records
- Answering phone, monitoring live chat, and engaging on social media appropriately
- Organizational calendar management
- Scheduling Patient appointments
- Checking Patient s in and out
- Ensuring consent forms are completed and signed and patient information is up to date.
- Record patient information such as: vital signs, weight, changes to medical history, and before and after photos
- Monitoring the flow of the spa
- Confirm appointments, follow up with Patient s, and reach out to new leads using the Le Chloé system
- Learn Le Chloé products and service and answer general questions and concerns
- Execute closing procedures

Education Requirements for Patient Concierge Admin Assistant:
- High School Diploma or above( Required)
- Certified Medical Assistant (preferred)
- Med Spa experience or background (Required)
