Job Summary
The City Team Lead is responsible for the day-to-day functions of the area, leading a team of dedicated, highly trained practitioners in delivering high-quality at-home services for all treatment services. The role focuses on referral-based community marketing to grow new patients and network within the community with a focus on repeat patients. The manager will oversee the clinical team and ensure compliance centered around patient care, utilizing leadership skills to coach, develop, and mentor the team. They will implement strategies to drive growth and ensure strong P&L performance, overseeing schedules, hiring, inventory management, and maintaining a strong ownership of the business at all levels, ensuring personalized and elevated experience for every household with each visit.
*The City Team Lead should fulfill the role of a full-time FNP, in addition to their leadership role.
Responsibilities
Team Management
- Lead a team of practitioners, ensuring exceptional in-home services (adult sick visits, pediatric sick visits, IV hydration, weight loss, cosmetic services such as neurotoxin injections, PRX-Derm Perfection, PRP hair injections, CO2 carboxy mask facial and RejuvaPen Microneedling).
- Ensure provider compliance with processes, systems, and protocols to the standards set by Clinic Concierge
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, offer constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting open communication and a shared commitment to excellence.
- Conduct ride along visits with each provider, quarterly
- Ensure providers' schedules are open, and all shifts are available for patients to book online during all business hours as set by Clinic Concierge. Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new providers for the needs of the business.
- Host and lead team meetings.
- Support the training of new providers and expand the skills of existing team member.
- Educate and encourage sales of products by team.
- Ensure growth targets and expense management are being achieved.
Marketing and Business Development
- Assist and collaborate on the selection of areas of service.
- Assist with the partnerships with local organizations, brands, fitness studios, and more.
- Assist and collaborate with Clinic Concierge for local media buys and event participation.
- Develop relationships and partnerships with local public and private schools
Provider Responsibilities
- Manage the operations workflow daily, weekly, and monthly to create a thriving, growing, and profitable business for the city in which you are accountable for the results.
- Provide in-home medical services consisting of adult sick visits, pediatric sick visits, IV hydration, weight loss, cosmetic services such as neurotoxin injections, PRX-Derm Perfection, PRP hair injections, CO2 carboxy mask facial and RejuvaPen Microneedling.
- Diagnose and treat patients using evidence-based practices.
- Keep proper storage of medical supplies and track inventory. Monitor and record temperatures of storage as required.
- Knowledgeable of all the services Clinic Concierge offers.
- Practice in accordance with State law and Clinic Concierge’s policies and procedures.
- Maintain sanitation and sterilization standards.
- Complete patient charting in a timely manner, within 48 hours.
- Audit that team members charts are completed weekly.
- Monitor that all patient intake forms are completed weekly.
- Ensure daily that all patients have been billed accurately
Operational Oversight and Communication
- Communicate and report to Clinic Concierge's corporate team.
- Monitor and manage inventory, equipment, and supplies to guarantee the availability of necessary resources for seamless service provision.
- Monitor and review schedules, ensuring proper utilization and availability for online booking.
- Support the review and processing of payroll and provide any additional reporting as needed.
- Understand and support direction regarding financial management of the business and reporting. Daily review and action to support the business direction and goals.
- Attend board meetings as needed
Patient Care and Service Excellence
- Ensure that all patient interactions adhere to the highest standards of care, empathy, and professionalism.
- Provide guidance and support to practitioners when necessary.
- Implement strategies to continuously improve patient satisfaction and quality of service, incorporating patient feedback into the enhancement of service offerings.
- Assist with patient follow-ups and customer service needs.
City Phone Management
- Support incoming calls, texts, and emails from Podium
- Dispatch providers to patients as needed.
- Assist patients with booking appointments, promoting online booking.
