Delivery Route Supervisor

The role will supervise our Charlotte, NC operations.

The qualifications include:

• Training and managing a team of 3-5 route drivers.
• Managing the inventory of the facility.
• Hands-on assistance with routes and deliveries where required.
• The ability to learn and utilize our operational systems and procedures.
• The understanding (or ability to learn) how to lead a warehouse facility with attention to detail and great organization and accountability.
• A valid CDL, clean driving background, drug screen and DMV record.
• An outgoing, cheerful demeanor that loves interacting with our customers, peers and team members.
• A positive, respectful, “can-do” leadership attitude.
• A leader that can motivate the team on a daily basis.
• A money driven mindset with a service driven work ethic.
• Ability to lift 45 pounds.
• The ability to recruit, train and lead exceptional employees.

Experience:

• Route delivery driving: 2 years (preferred)
