What are the responsibilities and job description for the Route Delivery Driver position at Revolution Auto Parts LLC?

What you’ll do on a daily basis:
- Perform morning safety checks of truck and report any issues to the supervisor
- Load routed parts onto the truck each morning
- Secure them properly to prevent damage
- Deliver each part to correct customer and photograph the part at point of delivery
- Ensure customer signs manifest at each stop
- Collect payment from any COD customer
- Pick up any return or core parts, making sure they are correct, photographed, in good condition, and drained properly
- Unload parts into return area each afternoon
- Take manifest, payments, fuel receipts and fuel card to driver supervisor before clocking out each day
- Keep truck organized. Clean box and cab of truck weekly
- Keep accurate time and attendance records
- Other duties as assigned
What you will need to succeed:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience commercial driver
- Clean MVR
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to problem solve
- Excellent communication skills
What you will need for pre-employment:
- Must be able to pass a physical and drug screen including DOT
- Have a satisfactory background screening
