As an Account Manager, you will:
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls while always maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers.
- Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries via email, phone, text, and face-to-face.
- Manage customer order entries and update customer accounts.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
- Have knowledge of our products and services inside and out so that you can quickly answer questions and resolve issues.
- Be sales-focus: recommend products or services to current and potential customers. Provide special offers and close sales as needed.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
- Support other departments as necessary.
- Other responsibilities as assigned
The successful candidate will also have:
- Excellent communication skills
- A warm, approachable manner
- At least two years' experience in a customer service position in a call center environment
- At least one year of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Experience in using MS Office software

Salary : $42,000 - $48,000
