Minimum Qualifications
Two years of the required experience for the following minimum qualifications must have been at the supervisory level or above:
Eight years of social services experience; OR
Six years of full-time experience in any field plus five years of social services experience; OR
A bachelor's degree plus five years of social services experience; OR
An advanced degree plus four years of social services experience.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
Direct regional execution of Medicaid eligibility programs in alignment with federal and state regulations- Establish program priorities and provide guidance to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Evaluate program performance, including quality, compliance, and operational efficiency
- Implement corrective actions to address deficiencies and improve outcomes
- Assist in preparing and determining regional annual budget requests
- Oversee fiscal operations and physical plant management for the regional facility and branch offices
- Serve as acting regional administrator when required, including during emergency situations
